Dachabdichtungs-/Klempnerarbeiten + Wartung Die Gebäudewirtschaft der Stadt Köln plant auf dem Grundstück der Henry Ford Realschule einen Erweiterungsbau. Die Henry Ford Realschule befindet sich in der Karl-Marx-Allee 43, nördlich der Kölner Innenstadt im Stadtteil Seeberg. Die Umsetzung des geplanten Erweiterungsneubaus erfolgt auf der freien Grundstücksfläche nord-östlich vom Bestandsgebäude. Der Erweiterungsbau umfasst eine Mensa mit einem kompletten Küchenbereich für den offenen Ganztagsbetrieb sowie Nebenräume, Betreuungsräume und ergänzende Unterrichtsräume für Mediathek und Lehrerarbeitsstationen. Geplant ist der Neubau als zweigeschossiges Gebäude mit Flachdach. Eine großzügige Glasfassade in Richtung Schulhof (Süd-Ost) ermöglicht einen freien Blick in die benachbarten Grünanlagen. Der Entwurf wird ganzheitlich als Passivhaus realisiert.
