CyVy 2.BA 3.021 Dachabdichtungsarbeiten DACHABDICHTUNGSARBEITEN Neubau eines Institutsgebäudes mit Büros, elektrontechnischen und mechatronischen Laboren und Räumen für Unterricht und Lehre. Das Gebäude besitzt ein Untergeschoss und 5 Obergeschosse; NGF-Gesamt: ca. 13.525 m², BGF: ca. 15.312 m², BRI: ca. 70.862 m³ Konstruktion: Neubau als Stahlbeton-Skelettbau mit Flachdecken und aussteifenden Wandscheiben, vollständig unterkellert, Flachgründung. Leistung bestehend aus: Flachdächer als genutzte Dächer Ausführung als Warmdächer, mit Gefälledämmung , bituminöse Abdichtung: Dach über 5.OG- Aufzug und Treppenhaus Höhe ca. 22,50m Fläche ca. 21m². Dach über 4.OG Höhe ca. 21m Fläche ca. 720m² Dach über 3.OG Höhe ca. 17m Fläche ca. 1.445m² Dach über 2.OG - Verbindung Ex-Med Höhe ca. 13m Fläche ca. 26m² Dach über EG-Lichthof Höhe ca. 6m Fläche ca. 144m² Dach über EG Höhe ca. 5m voneinander unabhängigen Einzelflächen ca. 12m² + 15m² + 21m² + 10m²= Fläche ca. 58m² Umkehrdach (ohne bituminöse Abdichtung), ohne Gefälle: Dach über UG ca. 25m² RWA-Lichtkuppeln in Treppenhäusern sowie Aufzugs-Entrauchungshauben Seilsicherungssystem auf dem Dach über 5. OG sowie 2. OG und EG. Solartechnischen Anlagen Unterkonstruktion für die bauseitigen Photovoltaik-Module und die dazugehörige Auflast. Für das Gebäude wird eine Nachhaltigkeitszertifizierung nach BNB 'Silber' angestrebt - Die Verwendung insbesondere von recycelten Baustoffen ist gewünscht. Ergänzend ist die Vergabe von 'Instandhaltungsleistungen' Gegenstand des Verfahrens.
