Abbruch der vorh. Flachdach-Dachschichten - ca. 2.300 m²; die Fläche gliedert sich in 8 Dächer - verschieden groß und auf verschiedenen Höhen: von ca. +3,70 m bis +14,70 m, (ein Fassadengerüst steht zur Verfügung), Neue Foliendächer, Dachneigung 2°, - ca. 1.395 m² -mit Elastomerbitumenbahnen - ohne Gründach, teilweise mit aufgestellten PV-Anlagen, EPS Gefälledämmung - ca. 2.300 m² - in Mitte: 165 bis 210 mm, Neue Gründächer - ca. 905 m²- mit extensiver Dachbegrünung, Sedumsprossen-ca. 80g/m², auf der Abdichtung mit Elastomerbitumenbahnen, Spenglerarbeiten(=Klempnerarbeiten)- Material: Aluminium beschichtet: -Hängedachrinnen RG 400- ca. 77 m, RG 333 - ca. 35 m, -Fallrohre DN 120 - ca. 84 m, DN 100 - ca. 23 m, -Attikaabdeckung, t= 2 mm, Z=1.140 mm - ca. 347 m, Gebäudeabdichtung im Sockelbereich - ca. 190 m, mit 1K Polyurethan-Flüssigabdichtung - ca. 76 m²
