Das Schulareal Zeno wird durch den Neubau der Grundschule mit Ganztagesbetreuung und der Erweiterung und Teilsanierung der bestehenden Mittelschule, sowie eines neuen Hauses für Kinder in ein einheitliches Gesamtkonzept überführt. Das Gesamtprojekt läuft unter dem Namen“ ecl@Zeno“. Das Gewerk Dachabdichtungsarbeiten wird hier ausgeschrieben. Neubau Grundschule: Gebäudegrundfläche im EG ca. 52,5 x 28,7 m, 1.-3.OG ca. 44,0 x 28,7m, Attikahöhe ca. 18,50m - Flachdach über 3. OG (Holzmassivdecke, Stahlbetondachdecke) als Warmdach: Gefälle- und Grunddämmung ca. 1170 qm Abdichtungsarbeiten ca. 1170 qm Dachbegrünung ca. 945 qm Seilsicherungssystem ca. 135 m Auflastgeländer ca. 6,00 m Notentwässerungssystem Dachoberlicht mit RWA über Treppenhaus ca. 5,40 m x 3,00 m Dachausstiegsklappe 1 St. Wetterschutzhaube für Schachtentrauchung 1 St. Blechabdeckung Attika und Vordach ca. 290 m - Flachdach über EG (Stahlbetondachdecke) als Warmdach: Gefälle- und Grunddämmung ca. 750 qm Abdichtungsarbeiten ca. 750 qm Notentwässerungssystem Blechabdeckung Attika ca. 200 m - Flachdach über UG (Stahlbetondachdecke) als Umkehrdach: Dämmung ca. 5 qm Abdichtungsarbeiten ca. 5 qm Erweiterungsbau Mittelschule: Gebäudegrundfläche ca. 44,0 x 28,2m, Attikahöhe ca. 4.50m - Flachdach über EG (Stahlbetondachdecke) als Warmdach: Gefälle- und Grunddämmung ca. 980 qm Abdichtungsarbeiten ca. 980 qm Notentwässerungssystem Blechabdeckung Attika ca. 120 m Wetterschutzhaube für Schachtentrauchung 1 St. - Flachdach über UG (Stahlbetondachdecke) als Warmdach: Gefälle- und Grunddämmung ca. 240 qm Abdichtungsarbeiten ca. 240 qm Blechabdeckung Attika ca. 21 m - Flachdach über UG (Betonkanäle) als Umkehrdach: Dämmung ca. 6 qm Abdichtungsarbeiten ca. 6 qm
