Description

Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um ein neu zu errichtendes Schulgebäude, das als bauliche Anlage besonderer Art oder Nutzung (Sonderbau) einzuordnen ist. Das Gebäude ist baurechtlich in die Gebäudeklasse 5 einzustufen. Das Gebäude ist als hybride Holzkonstruktion geplant, nur die Bauteile, die der horizontalen Aussteifung dienen, sind in Stahlbeton geplant. Das Holztragwerk ist als Skelettbau und die Geschossdecken sind als Holzrippenkonstruktion geplant und bestehen aus Hauptunterzügen, die in Ost-West-Richtung verlaufen sowie aus einer Brettsperrholzdecke. Angrenzend an das Baugrundstück besteht bereits eine Schule, bestehend aus Hauptgebäude, Pavillons, Mensa / Ottoneum und Sporthalle. Das in die Jahre gekommene Ensemble wird aufgegeben und durch den Neubau auf dem östlich an die Schule angrenzenden Baugrundstück ersetzt. Die bestehende Sporthalle, die Mensa und das sogenannte Ottoneum (Musikpavillon) werden saniert und in das Gesamtkonzept integriert. Dampfsperre ca. 6450 m² Dachabdichtung 2-lagig Bitumen ca. 6450 m² Dämmung PIR D 100 mm ca. 6450 m² Dämmung EPS D 110 -360 mm 6450 m² Retentionsboxen ca. 6205 m² Drainbeton ca. 2800 m² Gründach extensiv ca. 3420 m² Gründach intensiv ca. 22 m² Solitärbäume 7 St Kunststoffbelag mit Tragschicht ca. 2210 m² Oberlicht 1,23 m x 2,35 m-3,02 m 11 St RWA 1,20 m x 1,20 m 4 St. Regenfallrohre horizontal und vertikal ca. 450 m Feuchtemonitoring für die gesamte Fläche Der AG behält sich vor, die Kostengruppen 200 und 400 teilweise oder ganz an einen städtischen Versorger als Auftraggeber zu übertragen.
