Description

Neubau Betriebshof Behältermanagement in München-Riem. Gegenstand des vergebenen Auftrags sind Dachabdichtungsarbeiten. Nähere Angaben siehe Ziffer 5.1. Folgender Auftrag wurde vergeben (Ergänzung zu Ziffer 2.1, ca.-Mengen): Dachaufbau: 3410 m² Dampfsperre, 450 m² MW- Dämmung D140, 1900 m² EPS Dämmung D140, 3990 m² Elastomerbitumen-Kaltselbstklebebahn als untere Lage, 3990 m² Polymerbitumen-Schweißbahn mit integriertem Wurzelschutz als obere Lage, 8 Stk RWA Fenster 1,20 x 1,20 m, 3 Stk Oberlichter 1,20 x 1,20 m, 1 Stk Dachausstieg 3 x 1 m, 3 Stk Gitterroststufen, 335 m Absturzsicherungssystem, 335 m Attika-Verblechung Edelstahl verzinnt. Gründachaufbau: 3600 m² Schutzlage, 3600 m² Drain- und Wasserspeicherelement, 640 m Kiesfangleisten Alu, 210 m Randabschlussprofil Kunststoff, 14 St. Kontrollschächte Alu, 95 m² Betonplattenbelag, 370 m² Rollkies 16/32, 3100 m² Extensivsubstrat 8 cm und10 cm, 2825 m² Begrünung mit Sedumsprossen, 265 m² Begrünung mit Ansaat Sedum-KräuterBestandteil der Ausschreibung ist außerdem ein Instandhaltungsvertrag (Inspektion und Wartung für die RWA-Dachfenster, Windwächter, Absturzsicherungen etc.), der für die Dauer von 4 Jahren nach erfolgter Abnahme der errichteten Anlage geschlossen werden soll.
