Dachabdichtungs- und Klempnerarbeiten 70-00231-2530-308 * Termine zur Durchführung der Hauptleistung auf der Baustelle: Leistungsbeginn 17.08.2026; Leistungsende 26.04.2027 * Beschreibung der Beschaffung: Erweiterungsbau Fraunhofer IESE Haus D, Fraunhofer Platz 1, 67663 Kaiserslautern Dachabdichtungs- und Klempnerarbeiten ca. 860 m² Dichtigkeitsprüfung mittels elektronischem Messverfahren ca. 607 m² Dachabdichtung als Gründach inkl. Untergrundreinigung, Bitumen-Voranstrich und vollflächig verklebtem Kompaktdach-System ca. 253 m² Dachabdichtung als Terrassenflächen auf verschiedenen Ebenen ca. 860 m² Wärmedämmschicht aus Schaumglasplatten, 2-lagig heiß verklebt, inkl. Gefälledämmung und Attika-Dämmstreifen ca. 803 m² 2-lagige Abdichtung aus Polymerbitumenbahnen ca. 116 m Attikabohlen aus Brettschichtholz in verschiedenen Breiten (535 mm bis 755 mm) als Unterkonstruktion ca. 116 m Attikaabdeckung aus Aluminium ca. 86 m Regenfallrohr DN 100 aus nichtrostendem Stahl 2 St. Flachdachausstiege (1,50 x 1,00 m) wärmegedämmt, inkl. Scherentreppe aus Aluminium 1 St. Jalousieklappe mit Federrücklaufmotor und Wetterschutzhaube für Aufzugsschachtentrauchung ca. 93 m Seilsicherungssystem (Absturzsicherung), nicht überfahrbar, inkl. 23 St. Einzelanschlagpunkten
