Description

Wartungsverlängerung für das vorhandene Backupsystem und Erweiterung des Gesamtsystems Die Bezirksregierung Münster betreibt ein Backupsystem der Firma Rubrik. Die gesicherten Daten werden an 2 Standorten vorgehalten. Pro Standort ist ein Rubrik Cluster vorhanden, der aus jeweils zwei Rubrik Appliances besteht. Jeder Standort beinhaltet eine R6416 und eine R6410 Appliance. Die Wartung der Hardware sowie die Software Subscription läuft aus und muss um 3 Jahre verlängert werden. Dies ist für einen reibungslosen Betrieb des Gesamtsystems zwingend erforderlich. Da der Speicherplatz der Cluster bereits die 80% Grenze überschritten hat soll das System zusätzlich mit je einer R7408 Appliance erweitert werden. Die neuen Appliances sollen ebenfalls mit 3 Jahren Hardware Wartung und Software Subscription beschafft werden. Für die Inbetriebnahme des Erweiterungssystems soll ein Servicetechniker für einen Tag gebucht werden.
