Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Rabatt-Rahmenvertrages für die Lieferung von Hardware inklusive Support (Wartung) sowie Zubehör folgender HPE-Komponenten für maximal drei Jahre (01.Januar 2027 - 31.Dezember 2029). Darüber hinaus die Wartung von HPE-Bestandssystemen für maximal vier Jahren (01.Januar 2027 - 31.Dezember 2030), aufgeteilt in die folgenden Lose: Los 1: Blade/hyperkonvergenten Server sowie Spezialserver inklusive Wartung (HPE Tech Care bis 5 Jahre) Los 2: Storage inklusive Wartung (HPE Tech Care bis 5 Jahre) Los 3: SAN-Switche inklusive Wartung (HPE Tech Care bis 5 Jahre) Los 4: HPE-Wartung/Support (HPE Tech Care bis zum Rahmenvertragsende) Die Losaufteilung ist erforderlich, um die unterschiedlichen Gewerke zu separieren, für die erfahrungsgemäß stark voneinander abweichende Rabattsätze gewährt werden. Mit der Ausschreibung wird pro Los ein Rabattsatz erfragt (Los-Rabatt). Der Bieter mit erfüllten Ausschlusskriterien sowie dem höchsten Rabatt (niedrigstem Preis) erhält den Zuschlag für das jeweilige Los. Dazu wird ein Rabattsatz für die Lose 1 - 4 erfragt (Gruppenrabatt). Es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass die Bieter über den Gruppenrabatt den Zuschlag für die Lose 1 - 4 erhalten. Ein Gruppenrabatt wird nur dann berücksichtigt, wenn das Angebot in jedem einzelnen Los der Loskombination das wirtschaftlichste ist.
