Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme, Probebetrieb und Endabnahme von 2 Tandem-Unterflurradsatzdrehmaschinen (URD) für die Betriebswerkstätten Friedrichsfelde und Britz-Süd Für die Berliner U-Bahn sollen an den Standorten Britz-Süd und Friedrichsfelde jeweils eine baugleiche CNC-gesteuerte Tandem-Unterflur-Radsatz-Drehmaschine beschafft werden. Gegenstand der Vergabe sind Fertigung, Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme, Schulung, Probebetrieb sowie Endabnahme der Maschinen einschließlich aller funktionsnotwendigen Nebenanlagen und Peripheriesysteme. Die Maschinen sind zur Vermessung und Bearbeitung von Radsätzen der Berliner U-Bahn in Regelspur (1.435 mm) gemäß den Technischen Regeln Spurführung (TRSp, Betriebssystem "E") auszulegen. Sie müssen insbesondere die Bearbeitung unterschiedlicher Radsatzkonfigurationen im eingebauten Zustand, in Drehgestellen sowie als Einzelradsatz ermöglichen und ein automatisches Vermessen, Reprofilieren sowie die regelkonforme Dokumentation der Bearbeitung gewährleisten. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören außerdem u. a.: - geeignete Mess- und Dokumentationssysteme einschließlich elektronischer Protokollierung, - erforderliche Absaug-, Entsorgungs- und Hydrauliksysteme, - Schnittstellen zur Datenübertragung und Fernwartung, - CE-konforme Ausführung entsprechend dem Stand der Technik. Der primär zu bearbeitende Messkreisdurchmesserbereich liegt etwa zwischen 350 mm und 900 mm; die maximale Achslast beträgt ca. 180 kN. Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus den Vergabeunterlagen.
