Description

Ausstattungsarbeiten mit Lieferung von Möblierungselementen Die Agentur für Arbeit Bayreuth ist eine von drei Pilotliegenschaften in Deutschland, in der das Konzept "New Work" umgesetzt werden soll. Dies beinhaltet eine Neumöblierung etlicher Teilbereiche der Liegenschaft. Die Arbeiten werden partiell im EG, 1.OG, 2.OG und 3.OG umgesetzt. Lagerflächen für Möbel, sowie Werkzeug- und Materiallager umfasst das UG. Um den laufenden Betrieb so wenig wie möglich zu behindern, sind die Arbeiten abschnittsweise auszuführen. Die Abschnitte sind zeitlich so zu takten, dass sie auf den laufenden Betrieb abgestimmt sind. Für die Durchführung der Maßnahme sind insgesamt 4 Bauabschnitte (alle unmittelbar nacheinander) vorgesehen.
