Ersatzbeschaffung eines Brennstoffzellen-Stacks und Generalüberholung der bestehenden Brennstoffzellenanlage. Beschaffung und Einbau eines Ersatz-Brennstoffzellen-Stacks einschließlich Generalüberholung der bestehenden Anlage aufgrund einer im laufenden Betrieb eingetretenen und bei der ursprünglichen Vergabe nicht vorhersehbaren technischen Degradation. Die Maßnahme dient ausschließlich der Wiederherstellung der ursprünglichen Funktionsfähigkeit der bestehenden Forschungsanlage. Leistungsumfang, Zweckbestimmung und Gesamtcharakter des ursprünglichen Auftrags bleiben unverändert.
