Description

Der geplante Schulneubau wird in Teilen in Sichtbetonbauweise, in Teilen mit innen sichtbar bleibenden CLT-Holzmassivwänden ausgeführt. Decken und Dachdecken werden in Brettsperrholzdecken ausgeführt. Auf sichtbar bleibende Bauteile ist im Zuge der Ausführung besonders zu achten. Die Lieferung und Montage der Brandschutztüren fällt im Zuge des Innenausbaus an. Der Einbau erfolgt ausnahmslos im Bereich der Flure des Erdgeschosses, im 1.+2.Obergeschosses, sowie im Übergang der Flure in die Fluchttreppenhäuser. Im Vorfeld sind die Türen mit Offenhaltung mit dem E-Fachingenieur abzustimmen. Lieferung und Montage von Brandschutztüren
