beabsichtigte Auftragserteilung zum Aufbau einer einheitlichen, landesweiten Prozessmanagement-Infrastruktur unter Nutzung der PICTURE Prozessplattform Die brandenburgischen Kommunen beabsichtigen ein verwaltungsweites Prozessmanagement aufzubauen. Hierzu werden ein zentrales Prozessregister, eine Prozessbibliothek mit bereits vorhandenen Prozesskatalogen aus dem öffentlichen Sektor sowie eine geeignete Modellierungsmethode benötigt. Um die durch das OZG vorgegebenen engen Zeitvorgaben erfüllen zu können sind u.a. folgende Parameter zwingend: a) Das Prozessregister muss nachweisbar schon vielfach im öffentlichen Sektor erfolgreich im Einsatz sein. b) Die Prozessbibliothek muss - bereits umfassendes Prozesswissen aus dem öffentlichen Sektor sowie mindestens 1000 vorgefertigte Prozesssteckbriefe enthalten - muss Schnittstellen zum KGSt-Prozessportal, zum OZG-Umsetzungskatalog, zu LEIKA sowie X-Prozess enthalten
