Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung, Einführung, Inbetriebnahme, Bereitstellung, der Betrieb sowie die Wartung eines Buchungssystems für den Vertrieb landesweiter Handy-Tickets im öffentlichen Personennahverkehr. Das Buchungssystem ist an die INSA Service Plattform des Auftraggebers anzubinden. Das Buchungssystem muss insbesondere den Vertrieb tarifgrenzen-überschreitender Verbindungen unterstützen. Dabei muss es möglich sein, dass ein Primär-Kundenvertragspartner in einem einheitlichen Verkaufsvorgang auch Tickets für einen Sekundär-Kundenvertragspartner vertreibt. Die hierfür erforderlichen fachlichen, technischen und buchhalterischen Prozesse einschließlich Clearing, Abrechnung und Reporting sind durch das Buchungssystem zu unterstützen. Basierend auf der vorlaufenden Markterkundung geht die NASA GmbH davon aus, dass es sich bei dem Buchungssystem um eine Standardsoftware handelt.
