Description

Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Erweiterung der bestehenden Systemlandschaft in den Kliniken MEDICLIN Waldkrankenhaus Bad Düben durch die Beschaffung von HL7 v2-Schnittstellen und entsprechenden Implementierungsdienstleistungen der Meierhofer AG. Gegenständlich sind Softwarelizenzen und auch Dienstleistungen. Im Mittelpunkt steht dabei der standardisierte, digital gestützte Austausch von Laboranforderungen (HL7 ORM-Outbound) sowie die digitale Rückübermittlung von Laborbefunden (HL7 ORU/MDM-Inbound) zwischen den jeweiligen Laborsystemen und dem zentralen KIS-System M-KIS. Darüber hinaus hat sich der Bedarf entwickelt innerhalb der M-KIS die Befundprüfungen zu erleichtern. Aus diesem Grund soll ergänzend zu den Schnittstellen das integrierte Zusatzmodul für die Befundprüfung der Meierhofer AG beschafft werden. Die Integration dieser Funktionalitäten stellt keine standardmäßige Konfiguration dar, sondern erfordert tiefgreifende technische Eingriffe in die Systemarchitektur des M-KIS. Die notwendigen Schnittstellenlösungen basieren zwar auf etablierten HL7 v2-Standards, müssen jedoch individuell an die bestehende Infrastruktur und klinikspezifische Anforderungen angepasst und programmiert werden.
