Description

Die Landespolizeidirektion beabsichtigt die Bereitstellung mobiler Arbeitsplätze inklusive der Möglichkeit zur Speicherung und Verarbeitung von VS-nfD-Daten (=Verschlusssache - nur für den Dienstgebrauch) ohne die Einschränkungen der aktuell im Einsatz befindlichen VPN-Lösungen, die eine Übertragung und Speicherung auf den Endgeräten nicht ermöglicht. Mit der angestrebten VPN-Lösung sind die Geräte auch während des mobilen Einsatzes bei bestehender Netzwerkverbindung direkt in das Netz der Landespolizeidirektion zu integrieren (vollintegrierter Client). Die zum Einsatz kommende Lösung muss entsprechend den Vorgaben der Verschlusssachenanweisung zur Speicherung und Übertragung von VS-nfD eingestuften Inhalten durch das Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik (BSI) zugelassen sein. Für den mobilen Einsatz ist es zwingend erforderlich, dass Inhalte unabhängig einer aktiven Netzwerkverbindung lokal vorgehalten und lokal zu bearbeiten sind (Festplattenverschlüsselungs-Komponente). Darüber hinaus muss die Übertragung von Daten über eine Internetverbindung möglich sein (VPN-Komponente).
