Description

Die BWI GmbH erwägt, einen Rahmenvertrag über die zeitlich befristete Überlassung von Softwarelizenzen inklusive Softwarepflege- und Supportleistungen (Subscription) sowie zugehörige softwarenahe Vertragsleistungen für Softwareprodukte des Herstellers Kubermatic in Höhe von ca. 8.000.000 € netto (Obergrenze: ca. 12.000.000 € netto) im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens gem. § 14 Abs. 2 VgV zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer maximalen Laufzeit von vier Jahren abgeschlossen. Für die unter diesem Rahmenvertrag zu erbringenden Vertragsleistungen wird ein geschätztes Abrufvolumen von ca. 8.000.000 € netto innerhalb der maximalen Gesamtvertragslaufzeit (Grundlaufzeit von 3 Jahren zzgl. von 1 Verlängerungsoptinon von je 12 Monaten) ermittelt. Für den Fall, dass sich die zukünftigen Anforderungen an die strategische Ausrichtung des Endkunden ändern, ist der Auftraggeber berechtigt, Abrufe mit einem Volumen um 50 % bis zum 1,5 fachen des vorgenannten Abrufvolumens vorzunehmen (nachfolgend "Obergrenze" genannt). Somit ergibt sich eine geschätzte Obergrenze von gerundet 12.000.000 € netto.
