LB 024 Fliesen- und Plattenarbeiten 2. BA Los-Nr. LB 024 - Fliesen und Plattenarbeiten Die Fliesen- und Plattenarbeiten umfassen das Verlegen von Boden- und Wandfliesen in neu geschaffenen sowie bestehenden Sanitär- und Küchenräumen und einem Anteil an Fliesenspiegeln. Untergründe für die Bodenfliesen sind neuer Zementestrich auf der Bodenplatte im 2. Untergeschoss und neuer Epoxydharzestrich auf Holzbalken- bzw. Ziegeldecke im 1. Untergeschoss und Erdgeschoss. Zudem werden die Wände teils großflächig (in Sanitär- und Küchenräumen), teils mit Fliesenspiegeln (in Klassen- und Gruppenräumen, Teeküchen, Fach- und Personalräumen) belegt. Darüber hinaus müssen im Bestand kleinere Flächen mit Terrazzoplattenbelag saniert, neu verlegt oder ersetzt werden. Fliesenflächen: Bodenfliesen auf Zementestrich: A = 120 m² Bodenfliesen auf Epoxydharzestrich: A = 110 m² Wandfliesen (inkl. Fliesenspiegel) auf Mauerwerks- und Trockenbauwänden: A = 700 m²
