SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um einen eingeschossigen Erweiterungsbau und den Umbau der bestehenden Mensa an der Grundschule Frohmestraße 42 in Hamburg. Die bestehende Mensa (Brutto-Grundfläche 310m²) mit einer Höhe von bis ca. 5,50m steht mitten auf dem Schulhof. Der Erweiterungsbau (Brutto-Grundfläche 380m²) wird an der südöstlichen Fassade ebenerdig angebaut. Das Gebäude wird in massiver, zweischaliger Bauweise ohne Keller erstellt und ist mit einer Dachkonstruktion aus Holzbindern und Trapezblech geplant. Hier: Fliesen
