Description

Dachabdichtungsarbeiten für den Neubau eines Schulgebäudes, 2.800 m² Flachdach mit Gefälledämmung und Bitumenabdichtung. Ausgeschrieben sind Abdichtungsarbeiten an Sohle und Gebäudesockel sowie Flachdachabdichtungsarbeiten nach DIN 18338 für den Neubau der Förderschule Oesterweg. Leistungsumfang umfasst die Ausführung des Flachdachaufbaus (Dampfsperre, Dämmung/Gefälle, mehrlagige Abdichtung) inklusive aller Detailausbildungen und Einbauteile (u. a. provisorische Entwässerung, Dachabläufe/Notentwässerung, Attika-/Blechanschlüsse). Weiterhin sind Flachdachfenster/Dachausstiege sowie RWA-Komponenten (Oberlichter, Antriebe, Zentrale, Bedienstellen/Melder/Sensorik, Dokumentation/Übergaben) enthalten. Zusätzlich ist eine extensive Dachbegrünung inkl. Schichtaufbau, Randbereichen (Kiesfangleisten/Kies) und Fertigstellungspflege ausgeschrieben. Bestandteil ist außerdem ein überfahrbares Seilsicherungssystem zur Absturzsicherung inkl. Zubehör/Komponenten. Stundensätze für zusätzliche Arbeiten sind als eigener Titel enthalten.
