Description

Gegenstand des zu vergebenden Auftrags ist die Belieferung der Auftraggeberin mit Bier Pilsener Brauart sowie Biermischgetränke auf Basis von Bier Pilsener Brauart, einschließlich alkoholfreier oder alkoholreduzierter Biere Pilsener Brauart als Tank-, Fass- und Flaschenware für Veranstaltungen in dem PSD BANK DOME (DOME) bzw. der Mitsubishi Electric Halle. Der Auftrag umfasst insbesondere auch die Lieferung von Tankbier. Malzhaltige Limonaden, Altbier, Weizenbier sowie entsprechende Biermischgetränke auf Basis von Alt- oder Weizenbier sind ausdrücklich nicht Gegenstand der Vergabe. Dieser Vertrag tritt zum 01.09.2025 in Kraft. Der Vertrag endet automatisch mit Ablauf des 31.07.2029, ohne dass es einer Kündigung bedarf. Die geschätzte Absatzmenge für Pils liegt bei ca. 670 hl p.a. (DOME) bzw. ca. 710 hl p.a. (MEH). Die Höchstabrufmenge liegt über die gesamte Laufzeit des Rahmenvertrags inklusiver Verlängerungszeitraum bei 3.300 hl. (DOME) bzw. 3.500 hl (MEH).
