Description

Der Freistaat Bayern, vertreten durch die Regierung von Schwaben betreibt seit dem 23.04.2020 die ANKER-Dependance Steinerne Furt 75/77 in 86167 Augsburg mit bis zu 451 Plätzen (im Folgenden Einrichtung). Die Einrichtung diente bisher der Unterbringung von Flüchtlingen. Gegenstand dieses Dienstleistungsvertrags sind stationäre Sicherheits- und Bewachungsdienstleistungen, die vom Auftragnehmer in der Einrichtung erbracht werden. Der Unterkunftsteil Steinerne Furt 75 wird seit dem 23.04.2020 als Aufnahmeeinrichtung nach § 44 AsylG für die Unterbringung von Asylbegehrenden betrieben (im Folgenden: Einrichtung). Die Einrichtung hat eine Kapazität von 159 Unterbringungsplätzen. Der Unterkunftsteil der Steinernen Furt 77 ist am 29.10.2021 mit einer Kapazität von 292 Plätzen in Betrieb genommen worden. Die Bewachungszeit beträgt 24 Stunden an 7 Tagen/Woche und 365 Tagen im Jahr (Schaltjahre: 366 Tage im Jahr).
