Description

Durchführung der Arbeitsmedizinischen Betreuung für das GFZ Helmholtz-Zentrum für Geoforschung am Standort Telegrafenberg in 14473 Potsdam Nach § 16 des Gesetzes über Betriebsärzte, Sicherheitsingenieure und andere Fachkräfte für Arbeitssicherheit (Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz - ASiG) ist u.a. in Stiftungen des öffentlichen Rechts ein den Grundsätzen dieses Gesetzes gleichwertiger Arbeitsschutz zu gewährleisten. Für die konkrete Umsetzung des Arbeitssicherheitsgesetzes am GFZ ist die Unfallverhütungsvorschrift „Betriebsärztinnen und Betriebsärzte sowie Fachkräfte für Arbeitssicherheit“ (DGUV Vorschrift 2) in der seit dem 01.12.2025 geltenden Fassung der für das GFZ zuständigen Verwaltungs-Berufsgenossen- schaft (VBG) maßgebend.
