Description

Bei der Baumaßnahme am Schulgebäude der Gesamtschule (46) Friedrich-Wilhelm-von-Steuben in Potsdam ist die Brandschutzsanierung und eine weitreichende energetische Sanierung in mehreren Bauabschnitten vorgesehen. Der überwiegende Teil an Leistungen ist bereits erbracht und diese Teilbereiche des Schulgebäudes sind auch schon wieder in Nutzung. Die Arbeiten erfolgen unter den besonderen Bedingungen des laufenden Schulbetriebes. Das Schulgebäude ist zweigeschossig und teilunterkellert (begrenzt für die Hausanschlüsse). Die Leistung ist nach Auftragsvergabe in mehreren Abschnitten und auf Anweisung des bauleitenden Planungsbüros zu erbringen. Sie ist in baugleicher Ausführung wie die bereits fertiggestellte Sporthalle auszuführen. Die hier ausgeschriebenen Leistungen beinhaltet im Wesentlichen die Erweiterung der vorhandenen elektronischen Schließanlage (Sporthalle) für das zu sanierende Schulgebäude. Die eCliq-Schließanlage erhält überwiegend eine Anti-Amok-Funktion.
