Description

Für das in 1915-1916 u. 1979-1984 erbaute Gebäude des Amtsgerichts Kiel wird im Zusammenhang mit der Gerichtsstrukturreform werden im Amtsgericht Kiel, Deliusstraße 22 einzelne Büros umgebaut. In den Etagen EG, 3.-6.OG werden Trockenbauwände eingezogen, neue Türöffnungen hergestellt und Malerarbeiten sowie Elektroarbeiten in geringem Umfang ausgeführt. Die Arbeiten werden in 3 zeitlich aufeinander folgenden Abschnitten ausgeführt. Die Ausführung der lärmintensiven Arbeiten (Bohren, Stemmen, Kernbohrungen, etc.) erfolgt werktags (Montag - Freitag) bis 9:00 Uhr und nach 14:00 Uhr. Der Lärmschutzkorridor von 9:00 Uhr bis 14:00 Uhr ist zwingend einzuhalten. Der laufende Geschäftsbetrieb darf nicht gestört werden. Alle anfallenden Arbeiten / Leistungen sind demnach optimal zu organisieren. Das Gebäude und die Außenanlagen sind gemäß Denkmalschutzgesetz Schleswig-Holstein (DSchG SH) als Bauliche Anlage (geschichtlich, künstlerisch und städtebaulich) eingestuft worden.
