Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über Mietlizenzen zum Dokumentenmanagementsystem Die ITK beabsichtigt den Abschluss eines 4-jährigen Vertrags mit der Firma d.velop . Bei der Lösung dieses Unternehmens handelt es sich um das Dokumentenmanagementsystem, welches seit Jahren verbandweit im Einsatz ist. Eine Ablösung durch ein neues System kommt aus technischen und wirtschaftlichen Gründen nicht in Frage. Alleine die Aufwände für eine Migration wären sowohl technisch wie wirtschaftlich nicht zumutbar. Umstellung auf neuen Rahmenvertrag mit Mietlizenzen?(Subscription-Modell) Abrechnung nach Userzahlen in 3 Ausstattungspaketen- die ITK plant die Nutzung des "Ultimate"-Pakets, also des umfassendsten, Paketes.
