Der Auftraggeber benötigt einen Dienstleister für die Neuentwicklung und Neuerstellung der webbasierten Datenbankanwendung ("EUginius-2.0") unter Migration von Altdaten aus der Altanwendung "EUginius-1.0", darüber hinaus anschließende Service- und Pflegeleistungen nach Übergabe der Anwendung in den Betrieb. Die Vertragsdauer für Entwicklung und anschließende Service- und Pflegeleistungen beträgt 36 Monate mit einer einmaligen Verlängerungsoption der Service- und Pflegeleistungen um 12 Monate.
