Description

Bereitstellung und Implementierung einer Softwarelösung (SaaS) für eProcurement und Lieferantenmanagement Ziel der Vergabe ist die Beschaffung und Implementierung einer softwaregestützten Lösung zur Abbildung und Unterstützung ausgewählter Kernprozesse im Einkauf des OOWV. Die Lösung muss vollständig mit den beim OOWV eingesetzten SAP-Systemen kompatibel sein und sich technisch wie fachlich nahtlos in die bestehende Systemlandschaft integrieren lassen. Der Leistungsgegenstand umfasst: 1. die Bereitstellung bzw. Lizenzierung der benötigten Softwarekomponenten 2. die vollständige Implementierung, einschließlich Einführung, Konfiguration, Customizing, Integration und technischer Inbetriebnahme 3. die Durchführung aller erforderlichen Dienstleistungen zur erfolgreichen Einführung der Lösung 4. die Bereitstellung von Support- und Serviceleistungen für den operativen Betrieb nach der Implementierung. Der fachliche Funktionsumfang (Scope) der Lösung erstreckt sich insbesondere auf folgende Prozesse: 1. Operativer Beschaffungsprozess 2. Lieferantenmanagement 3. Sourcing- und Direktvergaben, die ohne Veröffentlichung über öffentliche Vergabeplattformen durchgeführt werden Nicht Bestandteil des Leistungsumfangs sind Vergabeverfahren, die über das deutsche Vergabeportal (e-Vergabe) oder vergleichbare öffentliche Bekanntmachungsportale veröffentlicht und abgewickelt werden müssen.
