Die Hamburger Energienetze GmbH mit rund 2.500 Mitarbeitenden schreibt die IST-Analyse, Soll-Konzeption und Durchführung zur Stellenbewertung und die mögliche Einführung eines IT-Tools als SaaS-Lösung aus Hintergrund ist eine historisch gewachsene, uneinheitliche Stellenbewertungslandschaft mit ca. 670 Stellen, unterschiedlichen Bewertungssystemen und überwiegend manuellen, excelbasierten Prozessen. Der Dienstleister soll ein einheitliches, transparentes, diskriminierungsfreies und rechtssicheres Stellenbewertungssystem entwickeln, das tarifliche, betriebsvereinbarte und zukünftige Anforderungen (z.B. Entgelttransparenzrichtlinie) erfüllt. Im Bewertungsprojekt sind u.a. Ist-Analyse, Konzeption der neuen Systematik, Einbindung aller Stakeholder (Geschäftsführung, Mitbestimmung, Gewerkschaften) und Begleitung der Verhandlungen bis zu einem neuen Regelwerk gefordert. Im Umsetzungsprojekt sollen u. a. eine Kommunikationsstrategie, Schulungen, Bewertung aller ca. 670 Stellen, Erstellung eines integrierten Stellenrahmens und Vergütungssystems sowie ein Konzept für die laufende Pflege und Nachbewertung realisiert werden. Für das IT-Tool werden Einrichtung, Integration in die Systemlandschaft, Betrieb, Support, Datensicherung, Logging, Lösch- und Rückgabekonzepte sowie die Einhaltung umfangreicher Informationssicherheits- und Datenschutzanforderungen mit Hosting in der EU verlangt.
