Die Projektträgerschaft umfasst im Wesentlichen die Unterstützung des Auftraggebenden bei der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung der zukünftigen Förderrichtlinien (FRL) KI2practice „Richtlinie zur Förderung von Projekten zur anwendungsnahen Erforschung, Entwicklung und Erprobung von KI-Anwendungen in der Lehre“ und DHB-Souverän - „Richtlinie zur Förderung von Forschung zur digitalen Hochschulbildung - Innovationspotentiale von Open Source-Anwendungen für digital souveräne Hochschulbildung“. Darüber hinaus unterstützt der Projektträger den Auftraggebenden bei dessen Aktivitäten im Rahmen der Fördermaßnahme „KI-Kompetenzen an Hochschulen stärken“ sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung des Forschungsfeldes „Digitale Hochschulbildung“. Die oben genannten Aufgabenfelder beinhalten die Unterstützung der Förderaktivitäten im Forschungsfeld „Digitale Hochschulbildung“ insbesondere in Form von Begutachtungssitzungen, Antragsprüfungen, Vorhabenbewilligungen und der fachlichen und administrativen Betreuung der bewilligten Vorhaben inkl. der Überwachung der Zuwendungs- und Vertragsbestimmungen, die Unterstützung bei Aktivitäten zur Erfolgskontrolle/Evaluation, die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen sowie weitere Aufgaben mit direktem und indirektem Bezug zu den Förderaktivitäten. Im Rahmen der Projektträgerschaft sind sowohl Pauschal- als auch Einheitsleistungen zu erbringen.
