Description

Ausgeschrieben wird die obligatorische Leistung als Fachbauleiter Brandschutz beim Neubau Flügel M des JRC Karlsruhe nach Leistungsphase 8 „Objektüberwachung (Bauüberwachung)“ sowie im Heft 17 „Leistungen für den bauordnungsrechtlichen Brandschutz“ (Stand 4. Auflage) beschrieben. Die Bauphase umfasst die Installation und Inbetriebnahme der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung, sowie Brandschutz relevante Elemente des zugehörigen baulichen Ausbaus (u.a. BS-Wände, -Decken, trockene Löschwasserleitungen), die im Rahmen des Bauprojekts (siehe Rahmenterminplan JRC-M-AD-2000) zu installieren sind. Die Arbeiten enden mit der Abnahme des Flügel M durch die zuständigen Behörden.
