degewo AG ist mit 82.000 eigen- und fremdverwalteten Wohnungen eines der größten kommunalen Wohnungsunternehmen in Deutschland mit Sitz in Berlin. Die Immobilienbestände befinden sich in allen Stadtteilen Berlins und vergrößern sich im Zuge von Investitionsmaßnahmen stetig. Gegenstand der Vergabe ist der Abschluss einer Bauleistungs-Versicherung für sämtliche Baumaßnahmen der Auftraggeberin sowie angeschlossener Gesellschaften zur Absicherung sämtlicher Bauprojekte der Auftraggeberin mit einem Baubeginn ab 2027 (Jahres-Investitionssummen-Vertrag) inkl. Montageleistungen von PV-Anlagen sowie reine Tiefbaumaßnahmen im Bereich des Glasfasernetzes sowie Wärme-, Gas- und Stromleitungen. Im Ergebnis des Vergabeverfahrens kann ein Versichererkonsortium nach den zum Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens gemachten Vergabeunterlagen gebildet werden. Für ein Führungsangebot wird eine Zeichnungsquote von mindestens 25% vorausgesetzt , für ein Beteiligungsangebot eine Zeichnungsquote von mindestens 15 %. Die Bewerber erklären daher mit der Angebotsabgabe die grundsätzliche Bereitschaft, mit den von der Auftraggeberin ausgewählten Mitgliedern des Versichererkonsortiums zusammenzuarbeiten. Im Teilnahmeantrag muss angegeben werden, ob die Bewerbung als Alleinversicherer, auf die Abgabe eines Führungsangebotes oder eines Beteiligungsangebotes gerichtet ist. Die Bewerbung als Alleinversicherer gilt zugleich als eine Bewerbung als Mitversicherer mit Übernahme einer Führung sowie zugleich als eine Bewerbung für eine Beteiligung ohne Übernahme von Führungsleistungen.
