Description

Das denkmalgeschützte Klostergebäude wird generalsaniert. Bei der Sanierung des Bestandes werden Wände abgebrochen bzw. neue Wände gebaut. Die Patientenzimmer erhalten eine Nasszelle. Diese Nasszellen werden als Trockenwände in den historischen Flur gebaut bzw. in den Zimmern eingebaut. In den Zimmern werden fest eingebaute Schränke montiert. Im Anmeldebereich Flur ist eine fest eingebaute Theke vorgesehen. Es wird im laufenden Betrieb umgebaut. Bezug des Dachgeschosses ca. NOV / DEZ 2026 nächster Bauabschnitt 2. Obergeschoss ab Januar 2027 Einzug 2. OG ca. Juli 2028. Möbellieferung: 3. OG: Beginn: Sept. 2026 - Ende: Nov. 2026 2. OG: Beginn: Juni 2028 - EndeJuli 2028 Die Termine können sich verschieben, da sich der Umbau sehr kompliziert darstellt. Bitte Terminverschiebung einkalkulieren.
