SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- Ressourcenschonender Umbau des ehemaligen Einkaufszentrums Vivo zur STS Ottensen mit neuen Kompartimentstrukturen. Rückbau des Staffelgeschosses und Nutzung der Dachfläche über dem 2. Obergeschoss als Aufenthalts- und Bewegungsfläche, mit alternativen Sportkonzepten, auf und in der Kubatur. Erstellen außenliegender Fluchttreppenhäuser als Stahlskelette. Inbetriebhaltung der Tiefgarage in der Bauphase. --------------- Hier: Käfige und Netze --------------- Einbau von ballwurfscheren Trennwänden und Banden (Cages) als beplankte Stahlkonstruktion sowie Netzbespannungen im Sportbereich.
