Bei den Losen 1 und 2 KC West werden keine Aufträge unterhalb von 1.000 € brutto und bei den die Lose 3 und 4 im KC Süd werden keine Aufträge unterhalb von 1.800 € brutto erteilt, da dort ein Kleinreparaturmanagement ausgeführt wird, siehe Anlage E5.4.
