Description

Der Neubau des Rebstockbades in Frankfurt am Main ist das wichtigste Schwimmbadprojekt im Rahmen des Bäderkonzeptes Frankfurt 2025 und hat, neben seiner Funktion zur regionalen Versorgung der Stadt Frankfurt am Main, eine überregionale Strahlkraft in das Rhein-Main-Gebiet zum Ziel. Das Rebstockbad soll ein Vorzeigeprojekt in der Bäderlandschaft werden. Die weit gefächerten Bedürfnisse bei einem Badbesuch von sportlichen Aspekten über eine Möglichkeit zur Freizeitgestaltung mit Familie und Freunden bis hin zu gesundheits- und wellnessorientierten Angeboten - sollen sich im Profil des neuen Rebstockbades widerspiegeln. Über die Außenwirkung des Gebäudes hinaus ist vor allem die Attraktivität des Bades für die zukünftigen Nutzer vorrangiges Projektziel. Weitere zentrale Projektziele sind der energie- und ressourcenschonende, ökologische sowie ökonomische Bau- und Betriebsweise des Rebstockbades. Dies soll durch eine effiziente, dauerhafte, nachhaltige, wartungsarme und pflegeleichte Konstruktion sichergestellt werden. Herstellung einer zweigeschossigen Außeneventsauna im Bauteil D des Neubaus Rebstockbad Frankfurt einschließlich Werk- und Montageplanung, Holztragwerk, Holzrahmenwänden, Dachkonstruktion, hinterlüfteter Holzfassade, vollständigem Saunainnenausbau sowie Sauna-, Lüftungs-, Beleuchtungs-, Medien- und Steuerungstechnik. Wesentliche Mengen: ca. 275 m² Holzrahmenwände, davon ca. 40 m² gebogen, ca. 290 m² Dachscheiben, ca. 220 m² Lärchenholzfassade, ca. 230 m² Saunainnenbekleidung, ca. 25 lfd. m Saunabänke, eine Ofenanlage für ca. 180 m³ Raumvolumen sowie eine Lüftungsanlage mit mindestens ca. 1.440 m³/h.
