Das Caritas-Krankenhaus Bad Mergentheim ist zentrale Anlaufstelle im Versorgungsgebiet bei der Behandlung von Notfall-patienten - analog dem Versorgungsauftrag als Krankenhaus der Zentralversorgung. Aufgrund des erhöhten Patientenaufkommens ist eine Neustrukturierung der Abläufe in der Zentralen Notaufnahme sowie eine Neuplanung und Erweiterung der Behandlungskapazitäten notwendig. Mit dem vorliegenden Konzept zur Neustrukturierung der ZNA zeigt sich das Caritas-Krankenhaus innovativ, gut aufgestellt und greift die Perspektiven im Bereich der Notfallversorgung frühzeitig auf. Das Konzept sieht die folgenden Maßnahmen vor: • Etablierung einer gemeinsam nutzbaren Leitstelle für die KV-Notfallpraxis und die ZNA unter Beibehaltung entsprechender sektoraler Trennungsmöglichkeiten • Etablierung flexibel nutzbarer Behandlungsräume • Schaffung der Voraussetzungen für die Etablierung eines Integrierten Notfallzentrums (INZ) • Vergrößerung der Anzahl der Schockräume und Behandlungsräume, analog dem steigenden Bedarf an Notfallbehandlungsstrukturen • Integration von Überwachungsbetten in die Notaufnahme • Anpassung des Patientenleitsystems • Optimierung der Zufahrtsituation für Fahrzeuge der Rettungsdienste • Schaffung eines septischen Eingriffs-/ Schockraumes und Behandlungsmöglichkeiten für isolierungspflichtige Patienten • Beschaffung und Einbau eines Computertomographen (CT) in die Notaufnahme, analog der Vorgabe des GBA Arbeitstischanlagen aus HPL Hochschrankanlagen aus HPL ISO-Modulausstattung Arbeitstischanlagen & Pflegekombinationen aus CNS PC-Wandhalterung Geräteträgerschienen Röntgenschürzenhalter
