Description

Stahlbauarbeiten im laufenden Krankenhausbetrieb. Das Pius-Hospital Oldenburg plant im Zuge von Umstrukturierungsmaßnahmen die Baumaßnahme "Umstrukturierung ZOP". Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Stahlbauarbeiten im baulichen Bestand im laufenden Krankenhausbetrieb. Im Wesentlichen ist Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen, im Leistungsverzeichnis näher spezifizierten, Leistungen: Herstellung, Lieferung und Montage von Stahlkonstruktionen (Stahlträger und Stahlstützen) einschließlich Werkplanung in verschiedenen Baustufen. Ausführungszeiträume für Teilleistungen wie folgt: -Werk- und Montageplanung Baustufe 3 und 4: 15 Arbeitstage -Prüfdauer Baustufe 3 und 4: 10 Arbeitstage -Fertigung Baustufe 3: 15 Arbeitstage -Montage Baustufe 3: 20 Arbeitstage -Fertigung Baustufe 4: 15 Arbeitstage -Montage Baustufe 4: 15 Arbeitstage Während der Durchführung der Baumaßnahme bleiben die angrenzenden Bauteile in Betrieb. Die Ausführung kann, bedingt durch den Krankenhausbetrieb, zeitlich unterbrochen werden. Der Bieter bestätigt durch die Angebotsabgabe, dass er flexibel auf diesen Bauablauf reagieren kann und hieraus dem Auftraggeber keine Mehrkosten entstehen.
