Schulzentrum Tannenbusch - Herrichten Gelände Vorwegmassnahmen Herrichten Gelände vor der eigentlichen GU- Maßnahme für das Schulzentrum Bonn Tannenbusch. Abbrucharbeiten Einrichtungsgegenstände im Pausenhof, Abschieben von Grasnarben, Abbruch von Plattenbelägen, Asphalt und Sandflächen, Teilerdaushub flächig bis ca.70 cm unter geplanten Geländekante auf einer Fläche von ca. 16.000m2 Herstellen von Schürfgruben, Ausbau von alten Installationen u.a. Müllsammelleitung in Teillängen. Herrichten von Baustraßen und Arbeitsebenen aus Schotter d= 30-50 cm Das Planung,- und Projektteam verspricht sich durch diese Vorwegmaßnahmen, zu der in einem anderen Gewerk auch Teile der BE wie Bauzaun und Verkehrssicherungsmaßnahmen gehören, einen reibungsloseren Beginn der eigentlichen GU-Maßnahmen die vs. 06/2027 mit den Spezialtiefbauarbeiten starten werden.
