Description

Der Stiftung Naturschutz Schleswig-Holstein obliegt als Grundstückseigentümerin von ca. 40.000 Hektar die Verkehrssicherungspflicht an Straßen verschiedener Kategorien. Diese beinhalten Bundesstraßen, Landesstraßen, Wasserstraßen, Bahnschienen, Wanderwege, Feld- und Waldwegen. Der Auftragnehmer führt erforderliche Kontrollbegehungen zur Überprüfung der Verkehrssicherung durch, dokumentiert die Ergebnisse in einem Protokoll digital und in Papierform. Die zu kontrollierende Abschnitte und die Kontrollintervalle stehen zu Beginn des Auftrags bereits zu einem großen Teil fest. Die Festlegung der Kontrollintervalle für hinzukommende Abschnitte und die Überprüfung bestehender Kontrollintervalle wird in Abhängigkeit der fachlichen Notwendigkeit durch den Auftragnehmer erarbeitet. Grundlage für die Kontrolle der Verkehrssicherheit ist die "FLL - Richtlinien für Baumkontrollen zur Überprüfung der Verkehrssicherheit" (FLL Bkr) unter Berücksichtigung des "Leitfaden der Stiftung Naturschutz Schleswig-Holstein zur Verkehrssicherung Teil A: Bäume und Waldflächen" (Anlage II), sowie weiterführender FLL-Leitfäden z.B. zum Thema Artenschutz und Baumuntersuchung.
