Description

Abdichtungs-, Dämm-, Klempner- und Metallbauarbeiten Auf dem Campus Vaihingen der Universität plant das Land Baden-Württemberg, vertreten durch Universitätsbauamt Stuttgart und Hohenheim die III. Ausbaustufe des Höchstleistungsrechenzentrums (HLRS III). Das Gebäude beinhaltet Server-, Technik- und Büroflächen für die Forschung und Lehre. Der geplante Neubau HLRS III ist als freistehendes Gebäude mit Außenabmessungen von L= 77,75m, B= 37,50m und H= 12,50m bzw. 16,50m inkl. Technikaufbau als Stahlbeton- bzw. Holz-Beton- Hybridkonstruktion geplant. BGF 12.700m2. Die Leistung des AN umfasst die kompletten Dachabdichtungsarbeiten inkl. Klempner- und Schlosserarbeiten. Mengen: Dachabdichtungarbeiten: Dämmarbeiten Schaumglas Gefälledämmung 1690m2 Dämmarbeiten Schaumglas waagrecht 1110m2 Abdichtungsarbeiten waagrecht 2800m2 Anschlüsse Flüssigkunststoff an Stahlbauteilen 254 Stk Anschlüsse Abdichtung an Dachdurchführungen 21 Stk Extensive Dachbegrünung 1215m2 Auflast Kiesschüttung 1160m2 Auflast Betonplatten 625m2 Abdichtung Sockelanschluss 29m Klempnerarbeiten: Attikaabdeckungsprofile Profilbreite 450-650mm 256m Attikaabdeckungsprofile Profilbreite 700-850mm 55m Anpassungen Attikableche an Stahlbauteile 33 Stk Pfeiler/ Lisenenabdeckung inkl. Anpassungen an Stahlbauteile 45 Stk Sicherheitsgeländer 160m RWA/ Flachdachfenster: Flachdachfenster (RWA) 100x200cm inkl. Antrieb, Einbruchschutzgitter und Inbetriebnahme 4 Stk Lichtkuppel (RWA) 120 x 120cm inkl. Antrieb, Einbruchschutzgitter und Inbetriebnahme 2 Stk Dachhaube Aufzugsschacht 1 Stk Schlosserarbeiten: Stahlkonstruktion inkl. Verblechung von Wetterschutzhauben ca. 3 x 1,6 x 1,6m 13 Stk Revisionstüren für Wetterschutzhauben 26 Stk Leckageortungssystem: Leckageortungssystem auf allen Dachflächen inkl. Mess und Auswerteinheit und Monitoring 2200m2 Ergänzend ist die Vergabe von 'Instandhaltungsleistungen' Gegenstand des Verfahrens.
