Vorgehängte hinterlüftete Fassaden (TUT - AG) Art der Leistung: Vorgehängte hinterlüftete Fassaden mit Zimmer- und Holzbauarbeiten, Abbruch der Alt-Fassade des Bestandes und mit kleinflächigem WDVS für einen Kellerabgang Umfang der Leistung: • ca. 290 m² Holzständerwerkkonstruktion als tragende Unterkonstruktion für die Befestigung der Fensterelemente und der vorgehängten Fassadenbekleidung aufgrund der nichttragenden bestehenden Brüstungselemente, • ca. 1.030 m² vorgehängte hinterlüftete Fassade (VHF) mit Faserzementplatten auf Metallunterkonstruktion einschließlich Mineralwolledämmung und Perimeterdämmung, • ca. 10 m² Wärmedämmverbundsystem (WDVS), • ca. 80 Stück vorgehängte hinterlüftete Glaspaneele, Abmessung ca. 43 × 2.040 mm, 2 St Abmessung 72 x 2.040 mm für den Außenbereich verdeckter Befestigung • ca. 34 m² Holzleistenfassade im Eingangsbereich einschließlich Holzunterkonstruktion • ca. 75 m² abgehängte Außenunterdecke aus zementgebundenen und zellulosefreien Platten mit Noniusabhängern, Befestigung an Stahlbeton-Rippendecke • Rückbau und Entsorgung ca. 45 m² Faserzementplatten einschl. Holz-UK und Dämmung nicht schadstoffbelastet Die Leistungen umfassen sämtliche erforderlichen Unterkonstruktionen, Befestigungsmittel, Dämmungen und Anschlüsse. Zur Ausführung der Leistungen sind die Anforderungen der Gemeinsamen Verwaltungsvorschrift Fremdpersonenüberprüfung vom 25.07.2017 (GABl. 2017, Seite 453) zu erfüllen.
