Description

Holz- und Zimmermannsarbeiten Zimmermanns-, Holzbau- sowie Stahlbauarbeiten für den 2. Bauabschnitt im Zuge des An- und Umbaus der Ernst-Reuter-Schule in Offenbach-Rumpenheim. Der abgerundete Neubau der Aula, die Erweiterung der Cafeteria mit geschwungenem Vordach sowie der Umbau der Dachterrasse zu einem zusätzlichen Raum (EDV) im 1. Obergeschoss erfolgen in konstruktiver Holzbauweise auf einer bauseits erstellten Stahlbetonkonstruktion. Ergänzend zu den Holzbauarbeiten sind Stahlbauleistungen für das Vordach, den Kriechgang sowie die Unterkonstruktion der RLT-Anlage auf dem Bestandsdach erforderlich. Umfang der Arbeiten: • Holzbauwände: ca. 270 m² • Dachkonstruktion (Pult-, Flach- und Flachdach im 2% - 4% Gefälle): ca. 672 m² • Holztragkonstruktion Abbund Aufstellen: ca. 1200 m • Fassadenarbeiten: 300 m² • Konstruktive Stahlbauarbeiten: ca. 4.600 kg
