Description

Brandschutztechnische Ertüchtigung und Bestandserhalt Empfangsgebäude des Bf. Alexanderplatz. Die Vergabe beinhaltet Maßnahmen im Erd- und Untergeschoss des Bahnhofs und auf der Bahnsteigebene, darunter Rohbaumaßnahmen, Spezialtiefbau im Untergeschoss (HDI-Verfahren und Tieferlegung der Bodenplatte), umfassender Neubau von technischen Anlagen der Kostengruppen 410, 420, 430, 470, Errichtung der Räume für eine Netzersatzanlage sowie einer Trafostation der DB Energie. Des Weiteren werden die Fassaden inner- und außerhalb des Empfangsgebäudes erneuert und ein Ringerder sowie Regenwasser-Entwässerungsleitungen eingebracht und an das Entwässerungsnetz angeschlossen. Die Maßnahme wird im laufenden Bahnbetrieb durchgeführt. AG-seitig werden vor Leistungsbeginn des AN die Mietbereiche freigezogen, die bestehenden technischen Anlagen demontiert sowie nichttragende Bauteile abgebrochen und entsorgt. Darüber hinaus werden Einbringöffnungen in der Decke über U1 hergestellt und ein Personenschutztunnel errichtet, welcher dauerhaft den sicheren Zugang für die Reisenden zu den Bahnsteigen gewährleistet. Der Personenschutztunnel wird dem AN als Arbeitsebene für die Ausführung seiner Leistungen beigestellt.
