Zierpflanzungen) 1.000 qm; Bäume 18 Stk.; Rasen 930 qm; Stabmattenzaun 3,5 m Höhe mit HPL-Sichtschutzfeldern 60 lfm; Sonstige Stabmattenzäune 30 lfm Das Westküstenklinikum (WKK) in Heide plant einen Ersatzneubau für die Psychiatrie in dem südwestlichen Bereich der Liegenschaft. Der Ersatzneubau wird auf einer ehemaligen Parkfläche als freistehendes Gebäude geplant. Die Psychiatrie erhält drei Vollgeschosse, eine Teilunterkellerung mit einer Tunnelanbindung und eine Technikzentrale auf dem Dach. Zweck und Art der Nutzung Neugestaltung der Freianlagen im Zusammenhang mit dem Neubau des Klinikgebäudes inkl. Verkehrserschließung und Stellplatzanlagen. Bauseitige Vorleistungen Einzäunung der Baustelle, Baustellenzufahrt Gleichzeitig laufende Arbeiten Ausbaugewerke Hochbau, Ausbaugewerke Tiefbau Zugänglichkeit der Baustelle Die Baustelle ist von der Krankenhausumfahrt auch mit großem Gerät direkt erreichbar. Vor Ort sind nur geringe Lagerkapazitäten vorhanden. Die Lagerflächen befinden sich im direkten Baustellenbereich.
