Description

Die Leistung wurde bereits über ein offenes Vergabeverfahren vergeben. Derzeit werden die Bedingungen zur Vertragsauflösung zwischen Auftraggeber und Auftragnehmer verhandelt. Ein Zuschlag für die hier ausgeschriebene Leistung wird nur nach abgeschlossener Vertragsauflösung erteilt. Für ein neu zu errichtendes Gebäude istr der Einbau von mehreren Lüftungsanlagen geplant. Im Gebäude werden zwei Zweifach-Sporthallen mit Umkleide- und Sanitäranlagen sowie vier separate Vereinsbereiche für Sportvereine Potsdams untergebracht. Die Steuerung der Anlagen erfolgt über eine separte GLT (Nicht im Leistungsumfang enthalten). Das Baufeld befindet sich im Wohngebiet Am Schlaatz. Zusammenbau Lüftungsanlage für Be- und Entlüftung RLT1, 19.300 m³/h vor Ort (ist bereits geliefert, im UG eingebracht und verpackt eingelagert) 3 Stück Kompaktlüftungsgeräte für Be- und Entlüftung (RLT 2, RLT 3 und RLT 4), 1.560 bis 4.900 m³/h 2 Stück Überströmlüfter von den Sporthallen in die Umkleide- bereiche, 2.065 m³/h 1 Stück Klimasplit-Kombination (1 Stück Außeneinheit, 3 Stück Inneneinheiten), bis 6,1 kW 1 Stück Axialventilator für Zuluft im Entrauchungsfall der Hallen, mit 30.000 m³/h ca. 150 Brandschutzklappen eckig/rund Kanäle, Lüftungsrohre, Formstücke, Einbauteile, Auslässe, Wärmedämmung der Außen- und Fortluft Inbetriebnahme, Einregulierung, Dokumentation, Übergabe
