Description
Das Gesundheitszentrum in Spaichingen wird in Teilen saniert. Dies sind im Bauteil A das Kellergeschoß, das Untergeschoss und das Obergschoss. Im weiteren müssen diverse Vorarbeiten für eine spätere Nutzung durchgeführt werden, aber auch weil die gesamte Stromversorgung des Gesundheitszentrums umgebaut wird. Dies betrifft die Trafostation und das Notstromaggregat. Diese werden separat ausgeschrieben. Auch ist in dieser separaten Ausschreibung ist die NSHV vom Gebäude ausgeschrieben und somit nicht Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung.
