Neubau eines Hallen-Anbaus als Anlieferungs- und Logistikbereich im Universitätsklinikum Halle. Die anzubietende Leistung beinhaltet alle Kostengruppen der 480 ohne KG483-Automationsmanagement. Gebäudeautomation in konventioneller Bauart für ca. 40 physikalische Datenpunkten für Raumheizung und Überwachungen und 30 gemeinsamen Datenpunkten für Zählwerterfassung. - 1 Schaltschrank mit Automationsstation BACnet/IP B-BC mit mit Fabrikatsbindung Siemens zur Integration ins Automations- und Managementnetzwerk - Automations-/Managementnetzwerk KAT6 bereitgestellt Die Leistung der KG483-Automationsmanagment wird in getrenntem Auftrag durch den Anlagenerrichter der bestehenden Managementebene des Universitätsklinikums Halle, Fa. Siemens, erbracht. Die Mitarbeit bei der Ausarbeitung der Schnittstelle zwischen Automations- und Managementebene ist Bestandteil des anzubietenden Leistungsumfangs.
