Description

Die Fraport AG hat den Neubau des Terminal 3 realisiert und in Betrieb genommen. Einzelne Bereiche sollen noch umgebaut werden. Diese werden für die Baumaßnahmen von dem in Betrieb genommenen Bereichen durch interimistische Maßnahmen abgetrennt. Am Flughafen Frankfurt wird im Terminal 3 die Gepäckförderanlage (GFA) erweitert. Die Erweiterung ist in Maßnahmen untergliedert. Maßnahme M7: Ausbau der zwei vorgehaltenen Gepäckausgaberundläufe im Gebäude 600, Ebene E01 (Ankunftsgepäckausgabehalle), einschließlich des Ausbaus der zwei vorgehaltenen Aufgabestellen für Ankunftsgepäck sowie der zwei Transportlinien für Ankunftsgepäck (Verbindungsstrecken E01-EU1 zwischen den Ankunftsgepäckaufgabestellen in Gebäude 601, Ebene E01, und den Gepäckausgaberundläufen in Gebäude 600, Ebene E01). Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind Leistungen zur VE9409 Kälte / Lufttechnische Anlagen (M7) mit unter anderem nachfolgenden Leistungsbereichen: Voraussichtlich 12 Quellluftauslässe in diesem Bereich werden demontiert. Die neue Zuluft erfolgt - wie beim Bestand - durch den Sockel vom zusätzlichen Gepäckausgabeband. Die Kanalführung im Untergeschoss EU1 und Erdgeschoss E01 sowie neue Auslässe werden montiert. Zudem werden in jedem Gepäckausgabeband voraussichtlich 2 Umluftkühlgeräte montiert. Im Untergeschoss 600 EU1 werden voraussichtlich weitere 4 Umluftkühlgeräte an einer Wand montiert. Für die Umluftkühlgeräte werden vorgehaltene Kälteanschlüsse benutzt bzw. vergrößert/verlängert. In einer Technikhalle in 601 E01 werden voraussichtlich 2 zusätzliche Aufgabebänder durch Dritte gebaut, wofür über den Aufgabebändern voraussichtlich je 4 passive Kühlkonvektoren montiert werden. Lieferung und betriebsfähige Montage der Neuanlagen, einschließlich Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe an den Betrieb. Leistungsbeginn: 2. Quartal 2027 Beginn Montage/Ausführung: 2. Quartal 2027 Leistungsende: 3. Quartal 2027
